By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Overview
This policy applies to all services and digital products sold by Talish Tech, including but not limited to web design, development, SEO, software files, and templates.
2. Cancellation Rights
A. For IT & Web Development Services (Custom Work)
- Before Work Commences: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided no work has begun.
- After Work Commences: “Work Commences” is defined as the moment we provide initial mockups, set up a development environment, or bill time to your project. If you cancel after this point, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance minus a non-refundable deposit (if applicable) or a fee covering the percentage of work already completed.
- After Delivery: Once the final work is delivered and accepted by you, all sales are final.
B. For Digital Products (Downloads/Templates)
Due to the immediate access nature of digital goods, cancellations are not possible once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please ensure you review the system requirements and product descriptions prior to purchase.
3. Refund Policy
A. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive the product or service after successful payment.
- Major Defect: The product or service has a major defect that prevents its core functionality, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (7 business days).
- Misrepresentation: The product or service was significantly different from its description on the sales page.
B. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer need the service.
- Client Errors: Issues arising from your server configuration, third-party plugins, or lack of technical knowledge that was clearly stated as a requirement.
- Completed Services: Work that has been completed and approved.
4. Payment Gateway & Processing (US & International Customers)
We process payments using secure third-party gateways including Razorpay International, Stripe, and PayPal.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Transaction Fees: If your payment gateway provider charges a non-refundable transaction fee, this amount may be deducted from your refund only in cases where the refund is requested for reasons other than our error (e.g., change of mind).
- Currency Conversion: Talish Tech is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or fees charged by your issuing bank.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We value our relationship with our customers. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us first at support@talishtechgallery.online before initiating a chargeback.
- If a chargeback is filed without giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue:
- Your service/product access will be immediately suspended.
- Your account may be permanently banned from future purchases.
- We reserve the right to contest the chargeback using our delivery and communication records.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank. It may take time before the refund is officially posted.

7. Governing Law
While we serve clients globally, these policies are governed by the laws of India. For customers in the United States, we acknowledge local consumer protection laws and aim to resolve disputes through arbitration or mediation prior to legal action to minimize costs for all parties.
