Delays caused by you may affect project timelines, and we are not liable for such delays.

8. Project Timelines & Delivery

  • Estimated timelines provided are estimates only, not guarantees.
  • We strive to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to technical issues, client feedback delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For custom projects, milestones and delivery dates will be outlined in your project agreement.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

Our services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways, analytics tools).

  • We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their actions, downtime, or policies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to their terms and privacy policies.
  • We recommend regular backups of your website/data, as we are not liable for data loss caused by third-party failures.
